Excellent costumer service! Conner did an amazing job helping us resolve an issue with the item that we purchased. Very helpful and quick response.

Often their website does not match up with what they carry in the store. I need a tractor seat over the weekend, I found one on the website I wanted. It said it wasn't St Cloud, and when I got there I want a spending twice as much then I wanted for the tractor seat and it wasn't even the one from the website

Lots of high quality equipment in stock. I ordered a broadcast spreader recently and they just believed me that some pieces were missing for the installation. They gave me the replacement parts I needed without making it an ordeal working with the manufacturer or trying to determine what the correct parts would be online. I will defininately come back for tools and equipment. They were also very helpful in the past with a hitch-based exterior storage platform.

I don’t often leave reviews for retail stores, but I’ve had several great experiences at this location. The products and selection are good, but the staff is simply outstanding. Every employee I have encountered is friendly and knowledgeable. I have to give an extra big shout out to Scott in the repair department. He does great work and super easy to work with. I highly recommend!
